Contact
If you received a letter from us, or you want to know whether funds are being held in your name, call. You will reach a person who can look at the file rather than read a script back to you.
Which one to use
Open 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific. The fastest route for anything about a letter you received or a claim already in progress. Outside those hours, leave a message with the name on the letter and we will call you back.
Our Covina, California line. Use either number; they reach the same team.
[email protected]. Useful if you would rather send a photograph of the letter you received than read the reference numbers down the phone.
Cashfinders "R" Us, 440 N. Barranca Avenue #6677, Covina, CA. Please do not post original documents. Copies are fine, and we will tell you if we need anything certified.
If you would rather not hear from us again, use the remove-me form and we will suppress your record across mail, calls and texts. You do not need to speak to anybody.
Before you call
None of this is required, and we will never ask for a Social Security number. Bring what you have.
What happens next
We confirm you are the person named in the record, then ask you to sign a consent agreement so we can put questions directly to whoever is holding the funds. Without that consent they will not speak to us and nothing can be verified.
If the funds check out and your claim has priority, you receive our terms in writing. You decide from there. If you say no, we part ways and you owe nothing.
Tell us what you received or what you believe you are owed, and we will come back to you. There is no fee for the search and no obligation at any point.
