Step one

Consent agreement

This gives us permission to ask fund holders direct questions about money that may be held in your name. It is not a contract to recover anything.

Fund holders will not discuss a claim with anyone but the owner or an authorized representative. Signing this makes us the latter, so we can confirm the funds exist and confirm your claim has priority before either of us commits to anything.

What you are agreeing to

What this does, and what it does not do

It authorizes questions

It lets us contact courts, county offices and other fund holders to ask whether funds are held in your name, how much, and what is required to release them.

It does not commit you to a claim

Nothing is filed on this. If we find funds, you receive a separate written offer setting out our terms, and you decide then.

It does not cost anything

There is no fee for this step and no fee for the research that follows it. You are never billed by us at any stage.

It does not require your Social Security number

We do not ask for it here or anywhere else. Treat anyone who does with suspicion.

Signing electronically

Typing your name in the signature field of the form below has the same effect as signing on paper. Your submission is recorded with the date, and we keep a copy.

If you would rather sign a paper copy, call us and we will post one to you.

Complete the consent agreement

Enter your details exactly as they appear on official records, and type your name to sign.
